Our best cooking tip

For the best flavor and tender casings, cut Becco's rope sausage into 5- to 6-inch links, or use Becco's brats. Place them directly into your favorite sauce, and don't pre-boil or pre-fry them. Simmer slowly for about an hour, until fully cooked. Serve with pasta or risotto, or tuck them into a hot dog or brat bun for a great sandwich.
