Becco's Italian Sausage

The sausage that built the Becco name, made the same way since 1939.

Every pound starts with the highest-quality pork, seasoned with the Becco family's own blend of spices. The recipe has always been a family secret, so the sausage you buy today tastes just like it did at Becco's Market on Main Street.

Look for the Becco name stamped on every package. It's your guarantee that you're getting the real thing.

Ways to buy

Rope, links, brats or bulk

Rope sausage

The classic. Cut it into 5- to 6-inch links and simmer them right in your sauce.

Links & brats

Drop them into your sauce or onto the grill, then serve them on a bun.

Bulk

Perfect for soups, stuffing, pizza and pasta, or shaped into sausage burgers.

How the family cooks it

For the best flavor and tender casings, cut Becco's rope sausage into 5- to 6-inch links, or use Becco's brats. Place them directly into your favorite sauce, and don't pre-boil or pre-fry them. Simmer slowly for about an hour, until fully cooked. Serve with pasta or risotto, or tuck them into a hot dog or brat bun for a great sandwich.
