Grilled Becco's Sausage

Links or homemade sausage burgers, cooked over indirect heat for the best flavor.

Ingredients

  • Becco's rope sausage or bulk sausage
  • Buns
  • Onion and ketchup, or cheese and sauce for pizza burgers

Directions

  1. Cut Becco's rope sausage into links, or use bulk sausage and form it into burgers.
  2. Place on the grill over indirect heat for the best taste, and cook thoroughly.
  3. Serve on buns with onion and ketchup, or top with cheese and sauce for terrific pizza burgers.
